Description
Made of an ice-hardened micro-carbide powdered MC66 steel, the Miyabi Black line produces some incredible pieces. Yet another successful Japanese line by Zwilling out of Seki, Japan, the Miyabi black pieces come with an extremely sharp and lasting edge as well as a stunning Damascus flower pattern. The steel is protected by 132 layers of steel and the handle is made of unique pieces of black ash wood. As with many of the Miyabi lines, these come sharpened with the three step Honbazuke method.
