This dustpan and broom is perfect for tidying up quickly and easily. Handmade by craftsman from the Wakayama Prefecture using centuries centuries old techniques.

The broom bristles of are made from windmil palm and are flexible, resilient and durable. This material is ideal for brooms because it does not damage floors.

The dustpan is actually made from sturdy paper that is then carefully coated with persimmon tannin, which is said to have antiseptic and deodorising effects. The grain pattern is created by drawing a pattern with persimmon tannin in advance and layering persimmon tannin on top. These Natural materials prevent static electricity and dust from flying around.

A 100% cotton cleaning cloth comes with this set to swipe over products when finished.
